Not every plant lives near a spigot. This little machine draws from a bucket or reservoir, charges from the sun and tops up by USB on grey weeks. Three watering plans a day, durations from a single second to 90 minutes and a frequency dial from daily to every 14 days make it just as happy with a row of indoor pots as with a sunny balcony.
Turn the dial to wake the unit; if the screen stays blank, charge it and hold OK for about 5 seconds.
Drop the filtered inlet into a bucket or reservoir and stake the unit where the panel sees sun.
Run tubing to each pot, press in drippers on their rods and plug the ends.
Choose duration, frequency and up to three daily plans on the dial.
